A powerful tagline can be Everything!

  • It captures the core and the value you provide to your customers. 

  • It triggers an emotional response from the audience. 

  • They are audible representations of your brand

  • They grab the consumer's' attention sooner than just the name a company or product.

 

Creating a tagline is a powerful exercise, as it forces you to think about exactly what it is you do for your customers that is unique.  Entrepreneur.com says that a slogan or tagline is "a catchphrase or small group of words that are combined in a special way to identify a product or company," 
 

It is your goal to develop a Tagline that leaves a message in consumers' mind that ignites them to remember the advertisement.                                                                                                                                                                           
It is hard to express a complex emotional idea in just a couple of words But, there are some companies who figured out how to do it and have become a part of the our conversation. And this happens in one or two perfect sentences.

CREATING A GREAT TAGLINE


There are certain details that make up the perfect tagline.

 

It is Memorable

 

 It must be recognizable. People only have a second to think about it. A great tagline will stay with someone even if they only hear it once. A brief, catchy few words can HOOK someone when it appears in advertisements, videos, posters, business cards and other places.

 

It includes a key benefit

 

It needs to sell the benefits of your service or product. A great slogan makes the benefits clear to the audience.

 

It stands out from other brands.

 

Answer the question “What is it about your product or brand that sets it apart from competitors?” Think details! 

 

Create emotion for your brand, service or product  

 

Positivity and cheery are the base for the best taglines. Use words that make one smile or evoke hope.  Leave a great and memorable impression on the audience.

 

Taglines don’t have to be adorable  

 

A Tagline doesn't need to be brilliant or cute to be effective. It needs to primarily be functional. The best taglines capture the “personality” of the business. It should explain the unique value that your business offers as clearly as possible. A Tagline on your business card needs to immediately tell what you do and the value of your business.
