Be sure to also include a link word in your description to click on so that people can get to the highlighted subject on your website
Use print marketing everywhere. Design a brochure, a postcard or flier featuring the photograph of the home. Send it out through Direct Mail. Leave brochures in doctor’s offices, hotel lobbies and restaurant waiting areas and in the information boxes on your for sales signs. Make sure that your quality of both pictures and text are high. The internet is your best friend! It is essential that you have a presence on the internet. Not only is a website mandatory, but you need to list your properties on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and of course on the MLS. You can also create a page for your listings on Facebook and Twitter. Instagram is all about pictures, so spectacular home pictures would get quite a bit of response. When you post on these sites or design your website, make sure that the picture is the centerpiece. It is the most interesting and exciting part of your sales campaign.
In all of your postings and sites for any property, have the features be the icing on the cake. If there is a swimming pool or a beautiful yard, a quiet porch or a lovely sunroom, highlight these with added photography.
Get the address from any inquiries. Whether they are filling out an information card or an online form, you need to capture their address...both email and physical. There are programs that can capture those addresses and build your email list.
