In order to get leads, you need to have a listing. It is simply a more effective way to attract prospects to you and to your business is by having a house that everyone wants to tour.  These prospects can find this house and you by having a website. Because of the “biggies” like Zillow etc., your website needs to focus on the area that you work in. You can not compete with an agency that has enough realtors to cover the whole town, region or county. Your niche will dictate what kind of house you specialize in and those houses are normally found in the same area. So, make your website neighborhood specific. Concentrate on the subdivision, named neighborhood or historic area of town. Create pages that give tours of the area and the parks. Have a school and recreation page. Your website should be the ultimate supporter of the niche neighborhood. People who are looking for homes in that area will find you right away!
